Is it possible to lose 35lbs in 3-4 months using a stationary exercise bike?


I want to make a hub to help people with weight loss. I gained some weight and am going to lose it! I got a stationary exercise bike to use for this weight loss. I am 23 and don't eat horribly, in fact I eat better then most. I believe my weight gain was due to stress, health issues, and losing my job. I have lost 20 pounds in less than 3 months in the past. I would like to lose the weight I gained by summer, so my question is, given my sex, weight (160lbs), past weight loss, and use of the stationary exercise bike, will I be able to lose 35lbs in 3-4 months? ( around 2-3lbs a week)

    If you were actually NASM certified you wouldn't have mentioned that garbage about 8 glasses of water. There is not a shred of scientific evidence to support that nonsense.

    Yeah, you lost 80 lbs in a year. Sure you did.

    Hey man, you're exactly right. one of my friends just did this task and eventually managed to shed extra pounds. I think it's pretty possible to burn calories with selecting proper food menu.

    and at the same time, exercise bike play a great role.

    Not true! So much research has been done recently on intermittent fasting. Subjects maintained lean mass, lost bodyfat, as well as raised HGH levels.

    But with advances in Body Physiology, Nutrition and Dieting, it far safer and easier to lose large amounts of weight in a very short time nowadays.

    Doctors with no idea of nutrition will say its unsafe
