I used to sleep around 10hrs per day. If I don't sleep the whole day I can't do any work.I feel sleepy all the time. If I try to sleep 6-7 hrs in the night I tend to sleep in the afternoon. I'm confused is it bad for health? How can I change it to healthier routine?
