I think that really depends on the person and what you like to do. For me, singing relieves stress. I'm also a Licensed Massage Therapist of 11 yrs and I could recommend meditation but the fact is that actually annoys some people. I think everyone is unique and stress relieving activities are all up to the person. Whether you like going to a firing range and shooting guns or sitting in the lotus position you gotta do what makes you happy! =)
