Well, I get very grumpy when I don't get proper sleep. I'm a 33 year old male, and I like my sleep!
Now, don't think that I am lazy! When I say that I like my sleep, I mean that I need between 7 and 9 hours on a regular basis.
If not, then everything seems to be a little off.
When I was younger, I could sleep for just 4 hours, or so. I remember when I was in my twenties when I went out a lot (bars and stuff...) I could still make it to work on time, and get by the day.
Well, I guess I am getting older! I really need to get a good night's sleep!
