How much Exercise is ENOUGH to lose weight, in your opinion?


Some say 15 minutes a day, every day. Some say 30 minutes a day, every day. Some say 30 minutes a day, 4 times a week. Some say 45 minutes a day, 4 times a week. Some say at least one full hour, 5 times a week. So, how much is enough? and how much is to much?
