Write a list of things to do.
It takes like 5 minutes and it helps keep you on task whenever you want to procrastinate. At least for me it does.
Another cool thing that my friend showed me was to (if you have an iPhone), write the things you need to do on a note, then take a "screen shot" by pressing the lock and center button at the same time. Then save that picture as your wallpaper for the lock screen. Then, whenever you open your phone, you have your To-Do list right in front of you.
It'll help, but if you're lazy then you'll be sluggish if anything. Hope it helps cuz it's working for me! :)
