1 beer a day is fine for your health, but most doctors do not recommend it...unless it were wine.
If you could maintain a certain amount a day it would be fine. but alcohol is alcohol and as your body becomes more resistant to the affects and you drink more, capture the same glow.
Then there's yeast that adds extra carbohydrates to your diet.

It's not necessarily good for your health in that way. It can be bad though. Just watch how much you drink
Once a day glass of wine s healthy so i beer per day may not be that bad for you. it would need to be in moderation
people who drink alcohol are said to live longer than those who do not drink at all
