I have but its not my favorite as I'm not a fan of mint! I've never found it any more relaxing than any other non-caffeinated warm beverage.
For relaxing I much prefer chamomile tea with some honey. Helps me get right to sleep.
I've also tried melatonin as well as Valerian root capsules. I prefer the tea myself because its gentler/doesn't feel like I'm taking a sleeping pill (which I don't like).
A good way to test out herbal teas is to give them a good whiff - generally if you like the way it smells you will like how it tastes. Something that tastes awful to you probably won't be very relaxing!
