Its the best way to easily loose lot of calories fast and quick and without any need of costly exercise equipment or very hard exercise.
Technique is : BRISK Walking
- Wear comfortable shoes & exercise gear
- Move to some appropriate walking platform spacious...(can try this on a running machine too, id u want)
- Start walking first for say 5min for a warm up and then start walking briskly as fast as you can, without any runing.
- You dont have to run ....just walk but as fast as you can..thats it.
- Do this daily for some 20-30 minutes or so and depending upon your requirement to lose calories...you can continue it as long as you can
Believe me ...Brisk walking is the best and easiest way to burn calories fast and cheap
being a doctor , i advise this to many depending upon their requirement and their eligibility to o this ( Heart patients, orthopedic pts, etc should not )
