I will answer this question with my "Mom" hat on.. I would choose "Peace". And not really for the obvious reasons I don't think...
From my mom perspective, if I had fame, then everyone would want to know what I was doing - and we all know what its like to be watched and judged by others, especially as parents. I don't think I'd like to be famous at all.
I would not choose wealth either, although it can be a great thing. However some of the best memories I have with my family are doing things that don't cost any money, or TRYING to do something that costs money with very little money. The hilarity that inevitably ensues is too much to pass up. If I could just buy everything I wanted, where's the fun? I think that would probably get pretty boring very quickly.
At the end of the day, when I'm sitting in my favorite cushy chair, with a tea, a book, and a low scented candle lit, I'm listening to the breathing sounds of my (now) quite family after the hustle and bustle of the day or week.. and the choice for me is obvious. Peace. Not world peace, but peace for me.
