Just doing it!
Perhaps it is worth a little reflection why each of us procrastinate.
While it may look a similar trait it is likely our reasons may differ. It may range from sheer laziness, being a perfectionist and thinking we need to allocate a 'separate' time to do the work really well, lack of organisation and letting things accumulate, taking on more than we can handle, not learning to say 'no' when appropriate, succumbing to distractions, lack of physical fitness ..etc. etc.
Identifying the proper root cause and then tackling it will work.
But procrastinating over procrastination wont work!
