I'm at about 31 hours with out smoking a cigarette. I haven't even wanted one yet. I just want to stop feeling this way... I feel really dizzy, light headed, I have brain fog, neck pain, head pain, I feel like I can't breath some times... I almost feel like I'm on drugs or something. Its really bad at points where I just cry. I cried myself to sleep last night. Is this Nicotine withdrawal? I feel absolutely horrible.
