hello luvs2write, i used to suffer bouts of migraine which usually attack days before my monthly period, (caused by hormone fluctuation), when i'm hungry (caused by low sugar level or hypoglycemia), or when i'm stressed. i would take pain relievers, just like you but i was careful not to depend too much on them. i learned that if those mild analgesics don't work for you anymore, you need to take a stronger preparation, something i didn't want to happen to me. then one day, my husband told me to try virgin coconut oil based on a testimony he read about a woman who found this wonder oil effective for her headaches and pain. so, i started taking virgin coconut oil, 2 tbsps twice and day. i started doing this 5 years ago and since then, i no longer experience those excruciating migraine headaches. just bear with the taste of the oil, because the benefits far outweigh its unpleasant smell and taste. i wish you well and hope that you overcome those migraine headaches once and for all. Take care.
