You're always better off consuming Natural foods and drinks verses man made products like soda pop. I use to work for Pepsi along time ago and watching the mix of chemicals added to a thousand gallons of corn syrup was quite enlightening. I prefer drinking what God made vs. what man has tried to come up with. Avoid diet drinks altogether - as they've learned finally they promote obesity. Just add one tea-spoon of regular sugar to Diet Pepsi, and watch the reaction! Bubbles, bubbles, and more bubbles, just like baking soda and vinegar! Yuck!
With this all said, even when drinking Natural Juices, watch what type you drink - that it's all Natural, and as with all things, practice moderation. Too much of anything can be a huge problem. Also, avoid things that cause diabetes that doctors don't tell you about, such as their Blood Pressure medications that bring on diabetes. The cure is worst than the problem in that case. You're better off to exercise, eat right, thus loosing weight, and bringing down BP naturally, than taking pills. Doing things the natural way as I said above is always better than going artificial.
