I've been trying to lose 30lbs since May and managed to gain 10lbs so now I have to lose 40lbs to reach my goal. I'm getting married in November. I have about 3 months... Which means I have to lose about 3.5lbs a week. I know it is hard & not healthy to lose to much weight to fast but I'm so depressed. I want to be 125lbs again... doing the math you can figure out that I'm about 165lbs. I quit smoking and I'm so close to starting up again... I gained 10lbs since I quit... 10 pounds I don't need or want. I need REAL advice that WORKS. I've asked questions about this before & I still need help.
