For me, it is just a matter of getting the right amount of sleep.Waking up early is a must to have a healthy lifestyle.
I normally require about 6 - 8 hours of daily sleep. My time of waking up is 8am in the morning. So this means I will sleep at about 12 midnight daily but at times, it will be before 2 am which gives me 6 - 8 hours of sleep.
Getting enough sleep will allow your body to re-energize for another day of work. So it is important to know your own body requirement when comes to sleeping. You will have signs of fatigue when you are tired and require to sleep.
