I agree! Artificial sweeteners are among the worst things that you can eat. You are better off eating less "real sugar."
You are right about taking too much magnesium. It is good to know the "safe upper limits" of the supplements that you take. You also need to know what to eat to help your body absorb the magnesium.
Have you tried massaging your hand? I can never seem to do it long enough to get any sufficient relief from my headaches. I do know several massage therapists that are good at doing just that. But, their expert treatments are expensive.
