Vitamin D (plus calcium) for bone health, after undergoing a couple of treatments that decreased bone density, and after doctors discovered my vitamin D levels were almost nothing.
Vitamin B (complex, slow-release) to help with tiredness associated with fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Potassium and magnesium also, if I'm having trouble with cramping muscles, but I usually try to get this from foods.
And finally, cranberry every now and again to support damaged kidneys and waterworks.
