I am aware so much it was difficult to shop for food. I am getting better at it and come up with different recipes. It is difficult to go to certain markets. My Fiance had to order food from a health food store when I went to visit him. The health food isles don't always have the healthiest food either, so I still have to read the label.
Food I once thought was healthy really wasn't. For health reasons I had to come pretty close to a vegan diet. I have been a vegetarian for years so the leap was easy and necessary to alleviate pain. The food I thought was healthy was very high in sodium and processed.
With an all natural diet, whole foods, fruit and veggies, green decaf tea and water ,may sound boring to some but reading the labels and knowing what to avoid has done more for me than I could ever imagine. My body works like an ibuprofen now. That ache in my hips is gone too and not the reason I went on the diet. Just like the photo you have up, I can read most of the ingredients and I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
