I really love what mathira said. If you change your perception to see that everything is a lesson, this will diminish your stress drastically. However, if your priorities are out of wack and if you are not getting what you need in your life, you will still have stress. So, perception, priorities, and needs satisfied are my suggestions. But until then, breathe...breathe deeply and often, and be grateful for all that you have, and all that you are.
