You don't get cramp in your heart or brain, strokes are pretty much brain attacks hence as in heart attack. Most pains can be ignored. The brain doesn't feel pain but pressure will be felt from simply dehydration to lets say a tumour was developing, a sign of stroke is very much when talking starts to sound incoherent, go to A & E quickly. Many pressures can happen around the heart that gives a sensation of heart problems, the main thing to watch out for involving your heart is simply out of breathlessness, plenty of warning there.
All simple stuff that we know about our body much earlier than the medics will know, im certainly no expert but I have a condition - Sarcoidosis - brain, heart, bone and pretty much any scan going, iv learnt I know my body very well.
As mentioned earlier, most things can be ignored, if you don't feel 'OK' seek help...
