Thankfully, none...but I teach fitness classes pretty much every day (except Christmas) so that helped out a lot! Holidays are a tough time - lots of good food:)

Honestly I have not put on any, Im just one of those people that doesn't put on weight no matter what.
Even though I consumed more calories than normal I did not gain any weight. That is because I burned more calories than normal by exercising more. I lost over a pound.
1 pound and I am battling !!! I started baking cakes and I love them... plus turkey and chocolate... bad.
Frankly can u say no to that warm delicious cake???
4 pounds...and I hate it. I tried on some jeans I got for Christmas and man oh man...were they snug. Geeeeeeeeeeez! Guess I know what my New Year's resolution will be...lol.
2 pounds. I do not want to control it as long as life is so short. just want to enjoy everything with my family during the holiday season.
None, thankfully as I already have enough extra - do not need more.
