Some people don't understand that triggers aren't always physical objects or things you can avoid on a day to day basis.
I too, am triggered by stress, as well as anxiety and being overwhelmed. Also when I know I have easy access I find myself really struggling to fight the urge.
As of right now, I'm battling my triggers daily due to my living arrangements. I live with my son's father and we aren't together...which causes a lot of stress and anxiety. I'm starting school again in a week and I feel good about it. I'm trying to move before school...so I'm also feeling quite overwhelmed lately. It is a constant battle and I refuse to lose.
Keep the answers coming, they're great! Remember ODAAT and don't be afraid to turn to someone for help. Get control of your life and live it, instead of letting it control you!!
