Time alone to have a bath, a think....a cry maybe, then some rest.
A new day begins and because it is new we can approach it in a new way.
Also, it's always helpful to make a plan for a few days ahead, some nice trip or meal or movie with a friend or brother...make the calls, confirm the event, book it and get ready for it.
Make a plan for a few days after that too; make the preps.
It's a life line into the next phase!
