Probably not in its cosmetic form. There are a variety of medical uses for botox that are relatively positive. Botox is used to treat over active bladders, migraines, ypertonic muscle issues that can be debilitating, among other things.

It does have "real" medical value. One use is to deaden nerves that otherwise stop a person from turning their head. At $1200 to $1500 for the medication alone, someone is making a ton of money on it.

I would not recommend it, however, as long as one is informed in order to make the decision on their own, it is fine. The Mayo Clinic site has the following references

I think anything that makes a person feel better about themselves is good. I wouldnt do it myself but at the end of the day life is too short and no one gets out alive so why not look better for yourself if it means your happier living your life...

It's good for those wrinkles. I've had numerous injections with no side effects.

I can't imagine that they would allow it to be done in a doctor's office if it wasn't safe.  Like any surgery, there are risks involved.  Choose a doctor wisely and do your research.

It is a toxin, so no it is not good for you - but it might not be that bad for you it depends what you want to get out of it.

Hmmm, never heard of it being good for you, although it certainly might be good for your mind (ego). It is a toxin after all.  But apparently, it does no harm, or at least none that has been documented, except in a few rare cases where it was used in large doses for victims of cerebral palsy. I would love to get it, but I'm scared!

Botox (Botulism Toxin) is a terrible thing for a person.

Any time someone injects their body with a poison that paralyzes bits of their muscle tissue they are just asking for trouble.

At some point, just as the ancient Egyptians did with their lead-based makeup, our society will learn that poisons are not our friends, no matter how nice they make us look.

Do you like having the ability to show emotions? If so, maybe just avoid it. Wrinkles are earned.

The "tox" in Botox means toxin. Yes.... it does clear / stop the wrinkles for a while BUT you have to keep on topping up and in a few years time, it takes its toll on the skin... and people age quicker as they grow older.
