Is turning 40 years old the new 20 for a woman?

My wife says so but I got my doubts...is Doctor Ruth around or How about Dr.Drew?

I am not sure what you want to say. But...yes, I am in my early 50's and I feel far more secure and confident than before. Something I never felt in my youth. I have conquered many of my health problems. And that's a nice thing because my family confidently relies on me whenever there is a need. And this makes me happy! Really, it is so nice to prove useful in times of need.

I am not Dr.Drew, But i am a Doctor Of Life Science, In my hub "Can't sleep, gotta go to work in the work in the A.M." i attempt to explain what kind of doctor I am. After close examination of your question my analysis tells me it should be the other way around. Is 20 for a woman the new 40yrs.old? The 20 yrs. old females appear to be more astute now at 20  like a 40yr old doing so much more, in terms of family, working, voting and creating ways to make this a better world.

Well yes of course 40 is the new 20. Older women today are taking much better care of themselves, have more confidence and more successful. I am going to be 40 in March and I can say this I still feel like i'm in my 20s and many people tell me I look in my 20's still.

I would have to say 40 is the new 20 because I have noticed that women these days in their 40s look awesome. I am 35 and feel younger then ever, not 40 yet but close enough and all my friends look great for their age. The key is taking good care of yourself.

Definitely 40 is the new 20. I'm in my 40's. I have more confidence, I don't worry about things like in my 20's. I've experienced more than a 20 year old, yet I don't feel 40. I think it is the best of both worlds.
