I guess this question is not easy to answer for anyone and really is a choice everybody would have to do by looking at what is really possible and what is not in terms of healing, from the medical point of few. However, healing being understood as the process of your whole being getting back to a total state of health because everything on all Levels finds back to its natural balance, is not the monopole of western medicine. It's ok to believe so, but the universe knows it way better. Concerning Chemo, applied to my person in that case, and I really just speak for my person alone & only ... I personally wouldn't as I know that It would destroy also a big amount of healthy cells in the process of the chemo therapy. I saw what a mess it can be in my family (lung cancer)just weakening my mothers's husband, making things just worse than they already were, means ... not especially my 1st choice. So, I personally miss the point of the action. I would look for people that have experienced where I would be right now and look what made that they survived in spite of using or not using chemo therapy. They are there, you just have to get over the believe that only 1 way is available in terms of healing. Go on my page, I wrote a hub about that, based on my own experience on so called non-curable illnesses. It's not cancer but that also counts for cancer or other illnesses. Here an example of a woman called Anita Moorjani, diagnosed with terminal cancer, had just a few hours to live and yet recovered from it completely
Watch this video and make up your mind about, do researches about what does exist except chemo and what worked for others!
To me the real question is, what do I need to leave behind in order to become healthy again? If my time would have come, I would accept it and tell myself "Well, ok! Then, so shall it be"
But as no future is set in stone, I would just look for what might set things straight physically, emotionally, mentally, self-responsibly, without making it a "Fight", just a search for balance ...
I would go for medical ways, of course, but not limit my possibilities to this way alone.
