I don't know! I'm a night owl too! It doesn't matter what time I go to bed, getting up in the morning is, and always has been, extremely difficult for me. When I was younger, I resented the fact that society forced me to work during the "common schedule" instead of allowing me to work during my most productive hours; 4:00pm - 4:00am. This is one of the reasons why I absolutely LOVE Hubpages!
With that being said, I do believe that we can train ourselves to behave differently with practice, consistency, and determination. (but I don't want to...lol) I would recommend you go to bed early (even if you can't sleep), do not take naps, buy a coffee pot with a timer so the coffee will be ready when you wake up, and shower in the morning. It will also help if you don't have any sugar or caffeine in the afternoon or evening. A regular exercise routine should help you fall asleep earlier also.
