Neither; energy drinks are about as bad as anything you can put in your body, I suggest some fresh fruit or raw food for healthy energy.

I personally prefer monster due to their variety of flavours. The no carbohydrate version isn't too bad either if you don't want the excess calories from sugar.
i'm addicted to Nos, but redbull is okay too. monster has more choices than redbull. try to get the sugar free version otherwise you are going to start to gain weight really fast.
