   I used to be a roller coaster, a pogo stick, and a teeter totter. I pretty much was every analogy that promotes instability. I took the impulsive route of tattooing the Libra balance beam on me, but you don't need to go that far to live in balance.
   
   A balanced life is all about focus and priorities. You need to set important principles and priorities you want and NEED in your life. Then, as simple as it sounds, you start the balanced journey as long as you stay focused with your game plan.

   I'm not really sure. I tend to veer toward efficiency, but as of late I've become overwhelmed by everything I hve to do during the day and trying to get time to write and read my textbooks. I'm still working toward the ultimate balance of time to myself, and time with my family balanced with all the chores I have to do throughout the day. When I figure it out, I might write a hub on it... if I can find the time! lol

   Good question and one that is hard to answer (at least for me). Setting priorities and goals will help you keep focused on what is important, Keeping track of the results occasionally helps and getting feedback from those who you consider mentors, supportive and positive people.  For me, keeping my priority is God, family and job and this helps keep me balanced.

   Balanced life is when everything in your life is in harmony with each other. It is all about very good time and life management.
   
   It takes lots of self work and lots of chaotic days when it seems everything will collapse. But days like that give you better understanding how to control everything in your life.
