I swear by apple cider vinegar because I've used it. I was skeptical at first, but I started to use it whenever I had an issue and it helped. Now I mix a couple teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar with raw honey and distilled water and haven't had a major problem in nearly 2 years and the only time I've had minor problems were when I didn't have it for a few days and ate poorly, but I used to have it terribly so I can vouch for ACV.
Another good tip is to simply eat healthier and try to avoid too many processed foods. Acid reflux used to have me getting up at random hours of the night sick as a dog.
