There isn't an exact answer, because aspegers is a spectrum disorder and the definition is different for every one who has it.

Asperger's is an Autism Spectrum Disorder and covers a huge range of issues. Those affected have issues with social skills and communication, although they can learn (if taught) how to communicate effectively. The things I have to be conscious of with my 14 year old is his refusal to speak in strange environments/ to new people, lack of eye contact and not realising things he says are often inappropriate. They are usually very honest and it's been sad to watch him learn that sometimes lying is the way to go eg: after suspension from school for skipping class - Teacher "Will you do it again" Son "Probably" Teacher "Then we can't let you back into school. So once again, will you skip class again?" Son - "Probably" Teacher - "Then you'll have to go home until you change your mind. Last chance, will you do it again?  Son- "No". Most kids will know to say no at the start regardless of their intention.
He also can't deal with plans being changed at short notice and such things will send him into a meltdown. (This is a term well know among Aspie parents.) Also, dental treatment needs to be done for him under general anaesthetic as his reaction is so unpredictable he has been known to walk out half way through procedures.
IQ's cover a huge range, with my son being gifted, but having friends with Asperger's who have major learning difficulties. His intelligence can be misleading as while he has excellent abilities with facts and formulas, he struggle with more subjective areas such as interpretation and free writing. However, many teachers figure as he is intelligent in some areas he should have no problems in others. Also, as he looks 'normal' people usually don't understand his strange behaviour.
Aspies also often have other issues such as intolerance for textures of certain clothing, many foods are off the menu, obsessive interests (which is apparently why a lot of our medical specialists and other experts are suspected of having it, as once an Aspie is hooked on something, they'll learn everything there is to know). Not caused by Asperger's but sometimes parallel to it are problems such as ADHD and Tourettes. To be honest, I could go on all day, I really should've answered like the other person "Don't get me started" and left it at that.:-)
