Hi, I have successfully dieted with Weight Watchers, too. My mother in law has lost a lot of weight with the Atkins diet - but I found this too extreme. Right now my Mom in law and me are trying out the 48h Body - weightloss programm by Tim Feriss - all you need is to read a book. We both find it very simple and it seems to be working great. The concept is a low carb diet, which is especially awesome for my mom in law as she has diabetis which was always a bit out of control. Since we are on this diet she could even stop parts of her medication! Read about it and try it out (or just implement some of his ideas into your weight watching plan - this is what i will do next).
