Use a good eye cream, skin cream, and hand cream. Wear sunblock if you are in the sun between 11 am and 3 pm. Avoid the sun during those hours if you can. Wear a hat, and sunblock clothing, if you need to.
For your mental health, build a good support system of friends and family, relax as well as work hard, have constructive hobbies. Control your anger and sadness, and seek help if you need it. Spread joy. Smile.
