I have learned not to fear....it is counterproductive...like worry.
The energy I used to invest in worry and fear I now invest in living each moment...squeezing every bit of joy and living and laughing and loving out of the 24 hours I am given.

just fear of heights...and fear of winged animals too (especially chickens!).. my sister used chickens to get what she wants from me.. :) lol
