I did the body by vi challenge! I lost my goal of 12 lbs in 7 weeks by sticking to 2 shakes a day and 1 healthy meal and an occassionally sweet! I didn't excercise at all although I hope to start an excercise routine soon when I have time! LOL! I wrote two hubs about it if you want to check them out for even more information:
I add 1/2 light vanilla soy milk and 1/2 OJ plus ice. Some days I do 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp cocoa powder plus ice. Other days I do the soy milk and frozen berries. The possibilities are endless!
