How do you keep yourself from dying of boredom during endurance training (bike, pool, elliptical)?


For instance, I've never been able to swim laps because the idea of going around and around in a lane just seems deadly dull. I live in a crazy city and can't bike outdoors, but can't bike for more than 10 minutes indoors because the monotony really gets to me.
