    Water is certainly an essential nutrient and drinking plenty of water is necessary for normal cellular metabolism - in that way, it could aid in maintaining a healthy body weight. Also, adequate hydration is necessary for proper bowel function.

    While I agree that drinking water on an empty stomach will not help you lose weight, I'm highly critical of the statement that "It can create many health problems also..." How exactly can drinking water (excluding excessive amounts) be bad for you?
