Last night I slept walked and my husband is freaking out worried I will do it again. Haven't done it in almost 10 years. How do I stop again? I can not get rid of the stresser that's causing it so that's not an option. Thanks
I sympathize. It must be so worrying for respective partners as well as those that actually walk in their sleep.
Whether it works or not is debatable, but I've read a lot about hypnotherapy and how it can completely remedy sleep walking. I guess if this type of treatment can help people stop smoking and other similar things - then it could very well help with sleep walking too.
