One of the best and most natural breath/teeth cleansers, when you can't brush your teeth, is to eat fresh parsley. Seriously! It cleanses your breath. My dad is a retired stocks and bonds broker and met with high dollar clients often. My mom would pack his lunch and send sprigs of fresh parsley with it. When I eat out, I always eat the "decorative" parley they put on my plate, when I've finished my meal and can't brush my teeth right away. It really does work. Try it!
