Being retired, I try to do 9 hours of exercise a week but I don't always make that since my new granddaughters came on the scene. LOL That includes a daily 1 hour walk, with a hill climb, one evening class of Pilates, one evening class of circuit training (straight after each other) and two early morning gym sessions on a Monday and a Friday. The gym sessions have gone by the board the last 6 months, but I think I could start getting back into those soon. The walk happens about half the days in the week. The circuit training seldom gets missed and the Pilates class is a new subject, for me, because I feel I need more stretching time incorporated.
