    I prefer raw to lightly steamed veggies over cooked - except for okra and collard greens! I have a juicer that I have yet to use -- have had it for 2 years! Thank you. I'll have to check your recipes.

    What about fish and seafood? I can go without beef or chicken... but tend to need the protein provided in fish. I am a huge fan of fresh produce, that part will be easy for me. :) Thank you.

    I had never heard about peels/skin of veggies being acidic. Thankfully,I prefer water over just about any other beverage. Although, admittedly, I enjoy my java each morning &the occasional glass of milk with a hearty oatmeal flaxseed cookie. Than
