   What does this dream mean?
   
   when you dream of your aunt having surgery then you tell the person where to cut her and she dies and then you notice she's not really you're aunt I never seen that women in my life and that you go outside and you're friend that you haven't seen in a while gives you keys of a vehicle then I just kept walking to the next house and there's people divided in two groups of the room facing each other but there all looking down not saying or doing nothing .. Suddenly I woke up scared at 5 in the morning

   whoa, that's one complex dream! I'm not an expert, and I don't know what the dream means as a whole, but I can tell you what impact each component may have on your life, if it helps.
   Dreaming about surgery on someone else suggests that there is some emotional healing you need to do, and you feel as though you need to cut something (or someone) out of your life. Because you think it's your aunt, but it turns out to be a stranger may mean that the person you want out of your life should be close (or is pretending to be close) to you, but you feel as though you are not close at all.
   The friend you haven't seen in a while could be a representation of a freer time for yo u(do you feel as if your life's too complicated) or could just mean you saw something that reminded you of them recently.the fact that they offer you a gift means they probably once help you in high esteem.
   dreaming about walking tends to mean you are trying to achieve some goal, and you are approaching it steadily.
   a silent group of people probably means you are unsure of people's intentions around you. They two groups may be two battling forces inside you, if you have a decision to make. Or it may be a representation of a self-esteem issue you are unwilling to face.
