Glasses, caffeine, and allergies are ruled out. Muscle problems, reflux, chocolate, and cheese are known triggers. Menstrual ones were but are not right now due to intervention.
I am on B2 and magnesium. I just started CoQ10 again - tried years ago and didn't do much.
Thinking about trying butterbur and feverfew again. I stopped for some reason, cant remember why, maybe side effects. I could try the flax. I have never stuck with it long enough.
When I first started the mag I was headache free for 6 weeks. Not anymore :(
B12 and acupuncture have yet to be tried and would be worth a go round.
So, sublingual B12 really works as well as a shot?
