What are good sources of carbohydrates for a wheat/milk intolerant vegetarian?


I am vegetarian but also intolerant to animal milks, egg yolks and wheat (and some others but these are the big issues) Often by the afternoon I feel really tired but still have plenty to do. Often I have potatoes or rice/corn pasta for lunch but am looking for some other options.
