I know eating fish is good for you especially if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol but why do some people suffer from headaches straight after eating it?

I haven't experienced this; but I have several theories. The fish may not be fresh; or not fully cooked; or effects of the ingredients put in the fish dish.

I would say high levels of mercury found in fish can cause headaches.
Headaches after eating specific foods (not just fish) are very frequently a sign of a food sensitivity, also known as a food allergy.
Fish that is not fresh or fully cooked most often results in some form of stomach distress.
