Almost everyone has different motivations to work out.
Being in good shape makes your life more fun, and easier. Most people 2/3 are either overweight or obese by working out, and attempting to take care of your body you can avid that stat. Working out increases your fertility, hormonal profile, energy levels. It makes you safer as if something falls on you, or you accidently run into a grocery cart. If someones kid runs across the street, you will be better able to chase them. By being stronger you can better help carry grocery's, move furniture or pickup tables. You may perform at a higher level while playing pick up sports. By exercising you increase your metabolism so you will not have to worry as much on calories. If your car breaks down you will have the ability to walk to where you need to go, or even run to were you need to go. You will not get as winded walking up the steps. You will cut your risk for heart disease and cancers. Many other benefits to working out.
