As writers, we do a lot of sitting. But exercise is very important. Just wondering what my sedentary colleagues are doing about it.

I work from home and am taking college courses & know sitting down can drag you down. Several times daily I stand up at the bartop in the kitchen while working so my rear doesn't go numb or take on a square shape :)
