When I was making omelet today, I noticed bigger eggs have weak and thin shell in comparison to smaller eggs. I was wondering if there is nutrition difference between two egg sizes. Does stronger egg mean better egg?
Size does not matter. But how the chicken was raised and what it was fed matters. Get eggs from pasture-raised chicken that our cage free and outdoors eating their natural diet of grass and worms. Their eggs will have much better fat profile with more healthy omega-3 fats.
