Why are you suggesting a 6 day routine? That is a lot of lifting, which will exhaust your muscles; you'd definitely need more than a day to recooperate. I'd suggest 2-3 of weight training and 1-2 days of cardio if you are trying to burn fat. To be really lean, of course you'd have to diet correctly.
If you insist on working out 6 times a week, then your best bet would be to train one muscle group per day. For example, chest on Mondays, arms on Tuesday, etc. If you want more information, I can work up a hub for you. Just let me know.
